Possible Change to Part D Date of Death Editing

On February 24, 2015 CMS released a memo through the Health Plan Management System (HPMS) titled, “Request for Comments – Possible Change to Part D Date of Death Editing”. The memo is posted to the References subsection of the Prescription Drug Event section on the CSSC website to ensure that Part D sponsors and interested parties have the opportunity to review and provide comments.
